Clarissa E Sackett, daughter of Dexter B Sackett and Electa Bement, was born in New York StateG in 1841.1,2 She married on 31 August 1856, Peter V Bennett.1
In 1850 Clarissa was living in Plymouth, Chenango County, New York StateG, in the household of her parents Dexter and Electa, and was recorded in the census as Clarisa E Sacket, aged nine and born in New York.3
Clarissa was named in her father's will made at CortlandG on 2 August 1888. She was to share equally with her siblings, De Lester and Mary, the residue of the estate after provision for their stepmother Eliza.
