Charles Harold Sackett, son of Frederick Charles Sackett and Mary Wackrill, was born in Bury St Edmunds, SuffolkG, on 9 August 1906.1 He died aged 79 in the Chester & Ellesmere Port registration district, CheshireG, on 26 February 19862 and was cremated at Chester CrematoriumG on 4 March 1986.3 He married in St Asaph, DenbighshireG, on 3 October 1931, Jean Bell.4,5
     In 1911 Charles was living at 25 Copthorne Road, Wolverhampton, StaffordshireG, in the household of his parents Frederick and Mary, and was recorded in the census as Charles Harold Sackett, aged four and born in Bury St Edmunds.6
