Alma Sarah Sackett, daughter of Thomas Sackett and Harriet Maria (Simpson) Craycraft, was born in Faversham, KentG, on 24 January 1880.1,2 She died aged 77 on 23 February 1957.2 Alma, or one of her sisters Elizabeth or Harriet, would have been the mother of Alma Elizabeth Sackett, born in 1901. She married at Thanet, KentG, in 1919, Albert E Sheaf.3,4
In 1881 Alma was living at 6 Linfield Cottages, Faversham, KentG, and was recorded in the census as Alma S Sacket, aged 1 and born in Faversham, daughter of Thomas Sacket.5
In 1891 she was living at 14 Kingsnorth Road, Faversham, KentG, and was recorded as Alma Sackett, a scholar, aged 11 and born in Faversham, the daughter of Thomas Sackett.6
In 1901 she was living at Cromwell House, St Peter's Road, Broadstairs (St Peter's), KentG, and was recorded as Alma Sackett, aged 21 and born in Ospinge, Kent, a housemaid domestic in the household of James Emery, a solicitor.7
In 1911 she was living at 16 St John's Road, MargateG, in the household of her parents Thomas and Harriet, and was recorded as Alma Sarah Sackett, a grocer's assistant, single, aged 31 and born in Faversham.8
In 1881 Alma was living at 6 Linfield Cottages, Faversham, KentG, and was recorded in the census as Alma S Sacket, aged 1 and born in Faversham, daughter of Thomas Sacket.5
