Alma Sackett, daughter of Alfred James Sackett and Lydia Hatfield, was born in Sculcoates, YorkshireG, in December 1898.1 She married on 13 April 1920, Major Henry Vere Webb Miles. She married after 1921, Patrick Holden.
     In 1901 Alma was living at 5 Francis Terrace, Islington, LondonG, in the household of her parents Alfred and Lydia, and was recorded in the census as Alma Sackett, aged two and born in Hull.2
     In 1911 she was living at Ollivier Street, St Anne's, AlderneyG, in the household of her parents Alfred and Lydia, and was recorded as Alma Sackett, aged 12 and born in Hull.3
