Damaris Sackett, daughter of Rev Stephen Sackett BA Oxf, MA Camb and Alice Frisby, was baptized at Blean, KentG, on 17 November 1635.1 She died aged about 70 and was buried at Chilham, KentG, on 26 October 1705.2 She married first at BleanG on 23 September 1659, James White, son of John White and Mary ___.3 James was baptized at West Hythe, KentG, on 24 August 1634.4 She married second at BleanG on 19 May 1678, Richard Whatman, a blacksmith.5
     Damaris was named as a beneficiary in her father's will made in BleanG on 9 December 1678. She was left a sum of 20 shillings.6
