This is the last will of me the said Johan Saget made the day & yere above said and the first yere of the reign of King Henry VIII of and upon all my landes and tenementes whersoev– they be liyng in which landes & tenementes Thmo– Northwodde Richard Northwodde John ___ and Thomas ___ enfeoffed First I will that my said feoffes shall enfeffe Thomas ___ ymediately after my disiesse of and in all my landes and tenemente to hym and to his heires and to his assignes for ev'more under thys co–dicion folowyng That the said Thomas ___ his heires or his assignes shall pay or cause to be payed to my said feoffes to the þformans of my will xxti marke of lawfull money of england within vj yere aft my deceasse ev'y yere by eqalle portion And I gyve to evry one of my feoffers for their labours xijd.
