Last Will & c of John Lee [Late of Penn Twp. dec]
In the name of God, Amen. I John Lee of the Township of Penn in the County of Huntingdon and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Farmer, being weak in body and of sound mind memory and understanding, praised be God for the same, do make this my Last will and testament in maner and form following---
First,-It is my will and I order that all my just debts and funeral expenses be duely paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently can be after my decease.-
Second. I give and bequeath to my Daughter Miram I. Morgan, The House and Lot and one Half of Stable at Pleasant Grove known as the Reed Property, valued at Eight hundred Dollars,-
Third I give and bequeath to my Daughter Elvaretta Fry The Waggon maker Shop and Lot half of Stable at Pleasant Grove known as the Reed Property, valued at Five Hundred Dollars,---
Fourth- I give and bequeath to my Daughter Elizabeth Fink The Lot of ground at Pleasant Grove on the North East side of Public Road known as the Lot Bought of Abraham States.---
Fifth-I give and bequeath to my son Stewart W. Lee The Lot on the South West side of Public Road in Pleasant Grove 54 feet along said Road Erected thereon Double Log House and Black Smith Shop said lot Extending back to Hoover Line. Also the tools in Black smith Shop said Property known as part of the Gordon Property valued at Nine Hundred Dollars.---
Sixth- I give and bequeath to my son Addison H. Lee The Lot of ground in Pleasant Grove on the south west side of said Public Road in Pleasant Grove 53 feet front Extending back to Hoovers line Erected thereon a Grocery Store Room and well valued at five Hundred Dollars.
Seventh. I give and bequeath to my son John C. Lee The Lot of Ground on South west side of Public Road in Pleasant Grove fronting 53 feet on said Road and extending back to Hoovers Lines and Joining lands of Benjamin Brumbaugh on the east side Erected thereon Log Stable valued at Four Hundred Dollars-
Eighth I give and bequeath to my son James M. Lee the sum of Four Hundred Dollars.
Ninth-I give and bequeath to my son Stewart W. Lee the sum of Three Hundred Dollars.
Tenth After all my Estate is settled up and Expenses paid the Ballance to be Equally divided among my Sons and Daughters James M. Lee, Addison H. Lee, Miram I. Morgan, Stewart W. Lee, John C. Lee Alvaretta Fry and Elizabeth Fink or to their heirs,
Eleventh My Farm which I now reside on and wood Land bought from Samuel Harris I order my Executor herinafter named to see after my decease, as soon as he can obtain fair price, of my movable property I give and bequeath to my daughter Miram I. Morgan one cow, one cook stove, one bed & bedding and 6 chairs one settee and one Arm chair, and the Balance with the 2/3 of grain in ground said grain to be out and thrashed and delivered in mill at Grafton, to be sold after my decease.
And Lastly, I nominate constitute and appoint George W. States to be the Executor of this my will hereby revoking all other wills Legacies and bequests by me heretofore made and declaring this and no other to be my Last will and Testament, In Witness whereof, I the said John Lee have hereunto set my hand and seal this Twenty second day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight Hundred and seventy five.

Before me Register for the Probate of Wills and granting Letters of Administrators, in and for said County personally appeared Geo. W. States (Exe) who being duly sworn, doth depose and say that John Lee late of Penn Twp. died on or about the 5th day of Apl, 1875 between 2 & 3 o'clock AM and further saith not .
