Will of Mary Sackett
I Mary Sackett of Ruggles Ashland County Ohio do make and publish this my last will and testament.
I hereby give devise and bequeath all my estate and property real and personal of whatsoever kind or nature equally to my two daughters Livinia M Johnson and Tryphena S Belden each to share like and like.
I hereby appoint and nominate said Livinia M Johnson and Tryphena S Belden executresses of this my last will and testament and hereby authorize them to make just and equitable division of my said property between them.
In testimony hereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 20th day of August AD 1879.
