Benjamin William Perkins, son of Herbert Mottram Perkins and Ada Sackett, was born in Elstree, HertfordshireG, on 25 June 1909.1,2,3 He died aged 72 in Brent, LondonG, on 14 June 1982.4,5
     In 1911 Benjamin was living at 91 Carleton Road, Orsett, EssexG, in the household of his parents Herbert and Ada, and was recorded in the census as Benjamin William Perkins, aged one and born in Elstree, Hertfordshire.6
     Benjamin left a will which was proved in Winchester on 3 February 1983. His estate was valued at £47,210.7
