Riley Davis Harris, son of Thomas Coleman Harris and Sonora/Lenora "Nora" Sackett, was born in Clinton, Henry County, MissouriG, on 12 May 1878.1,2 He died aged 62 in Coldwater, Comanche County, KansasG, on 3 February 1941.2 He married in Fort Scott, Bourbon County, KansasG, on 20 December 1899, Mary Emily "Mayme" Biles.2 Mary was born in Redfield, Bourbon County, KansasG, on 9 January 18832 and died aged 85 in ColdwaterG on 2 March 1968.2
In 1880 Riley was living in Butler, Bates County, MissouriG, in the household of his parents Thomas and Lenora, and was recorded in the census as Riley Harris, aged one and born in Missouri.3
