Harold Russell Sackett, a funeral director, son of Cloyd Mason Sackett and Lena May Russell, was born in Ashland County, OhioG, on 7 July 1911.1,2,3,4 He died aged 77 in MedCentral Hospital, Mansfield, Richland County, OhioG, on 23 July 1988.2,5 He married in AshlandG on 13 September 1936, Evelyn L Fast, daughter of Carl Fast and Bessie Crittenden.6 Evelyn was born in Ashland CountyG on 23 February 19117 and died there aged 91 on 6 January 2003.8
     In 1920 Harold was living in Madison, Richland County, OhioG, in the household of his parents Cloyd and Lena, and was recorded in the census as Harold R Sackett, aged eight and born in Ohio.9
