Frederick Goldfinch, son of Edward Cleve Goldfinch and Mary Louise Farrett, was born in Ramsgate, KentG, in about 1899.
     In 1901 Frederick was living at 3 Castle Road, St Lawrence, RamsgateG, in the household of his parents Edward and Mary, and was recorded in the census as Frederick Goldfinch, aged one and born in Ramsgate.1
     In 1911 he was living at 9 Rodney Street, RamsgateG, in the household of his parents Edward and Mary, and was recorded as Fredrick Goldfinch, aged 11 and born in Ramsgate.2
