Julia Irana Sackett, daughter of Erastus Tanner Sackett and Lucretia Lyons, was born in Ruggles Township, Ashland County, OhioG, on 30 March 1864.2,3 She died aged 52 in Ruggles TownshipG on 23 March 19174 and was buried there on 25 March 1917.4 She married in 1886, Robert Potter.2
     In 1880 Julia was living in Clinton, Huron CountyG, in the household of her cousin Elmer Sackett, and was recorded in the census as Julia I Sackett, at school, aged 16 and born in Ohio.5
