Charles Henry Sackett, son of Henry Moseley Sackett and Mina Norvell Otey, was born in Lynchburg, VirginiaG, on 17 April 19243,4 and died there aged 86 on 13 August 2010.5
     In 1930 Charles was living at Woodland Avenue, LynchburgG, in the household of his mother Mina, and was recorded in the census as Charles H Sackett, aged five and born in Virginia.6
