Leo William Sackett, son of Charles Grant Sackett and Lueva Inez Haynes, was born in El Dorado, CaliforniaG, on 6 July 1894.2 He married in about 1916, Georgia Lauretta Orendorf. Georgia was born in CaliforniaG on 8 July 18993 and died aged 88 in Sacramento, CaliforniaG, on 8 November 1987.3
Leo completed a World War I draft registration card on 5 June 1917. He was aged 22 and was married. He was living in CaliforniaG and was a brakeman at the Feather River LWC.4
