Bazaleel Gurney McKay, son of Daniel McKay and Lydia Edwards, was born in Marcellus, Onondaga County, New York StateG, on 22 February 1818.1 He died in Redwood Falls, Redwood County, MinnesotaG, on 12 July 1908.1 He married at Griffins Mills Congregational Church, Erie County, New York StateG, on 7 January 1841, Tryphena McKay, daughter of Alexander McKay Jr and Elizabeth Stephens.1
