Mary Elizabeth Sackett, daughter of Ezekiel Sackett and Elizabeth Woodward, was born in Jersey, Steuben County, New York StateG, on 14 December 1829. She died in Redford, Wayne County, MichiganG, on 15 November 1909. She married in Detroit, Wayne CountyG, on 1 January 1849, Jonathan E Wright. Jonathan was born in EnglandG in about 1824.2 He died in Lebanon, KentuckyG.3
     In 1850 Mary was living at Livonia, Wayne County, MichiganG, in the household of her parents Ezekiel and Elizabeth, and was recorded in the census as Elizabeth Wright, aged 20, and born in New York State. She was living with her husband Jonathan, a farmer, aged 25, and born in England, and their eight-month-old daughter Sarah Ann.2
