Milo Orlin Doolittle, son of Clyde Otto Newton Doolittle and Emma Ann Sackett, was born in Martin County, MinnesotaG, on 26 May 1899.1 He died aged 34 in Alfred, LaMoure County, North DakotaG, on 8 September 19331 and was buried at Lakeside Cemetery, Fairmont, Martin County, MinnesotaG.1 He married at Fairmont, Martin CountyG, on 26 October 1922, Gertrude B Ostrander.1
     In 1930 Milo was living in Glen, LaMoure County, North DakotaG, and was recorded in the census as Milo O Doolittle, a merchant, general store, head of household, married, aged 30 and born in Minnesota. He rented his home at $8 a month. Living with him were his wife Gertrude, 27, and their daughter Marian, aged six.2
