Flora Coburn Garlick, daughter of William B Garlick and Helen M "Ella" Sackett, was born in KansasG on 27 January 1871.1,2 She married at 600 Everett Avenue, Kansas CityG, on 9 September 1896, Orville L Helwig MD.1,3
     In 1880 Flora was living in WyandotteG in the household of her parents William and Helen, and was recorded in the census as Flora Garlick, aged nine and born in Kansas.4
     In 1885 she was living in Wyandotte County, KansasG, in the household of her parents William and Ella, and was recorded as Flora C Garlick, aged 14 and born in Kansas.5
     In 1920 she was living at North Sixth Street, Kansas CityG, in the household of her parents William and Ella, and was recorded as Flora Helwig, a schoolteacher, a widow, aged 40. Her son Ferdinand, 21, was living with her.6
