John Adnah Sackett, son of Israel Sackett and Margaret Jane Allen, was born on 29 November 1835.1 He married in about 1859, Julia Aaronella Dezendorf, daughter of Aaron Dezendorf.1 Julia was born in Newburgh, Orange County, New York StateG, in about 1838.2
In 1921 John's widow Julia was living at 72 Nursery Road, Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire, EnglandG, in the household of her daughter Clara and son-in-law Samuel George Warner, and was recorded in the census as Julia A Sackett, a widow, aged 83.3
