Mary Allen Sackett, daughter of Noadiah Sacket and Sophia Allen, was born in OhioG on 20 March 1817.1,2 She died on 8 February 18911 and was buried at Greenwood Cemetery, Grand Rapids, Kent County, MichiganG.3 She married at Sheffield, Lorain County, OhioG, on 18 August 1835, Frederick Day, son of John Day.1,4,5 Mary Allen Sackett, son of John Day, was born in 18151 and died aged 25 on 11 August 1840.1,6
     In 1860 Mary was living in Dowagiac, Cass County, MichiganG, in the household of her daughter Helen and son-in-law Arora, and was recorded in the census as Mary Day, a milliner, aged 43 and born in Ohio.7
