Mary Sackett, daughter of Henry Sackett and Annie Kelly, was born in St Olave Bermondsey, LondonG, on 10 May 1906.1 She had a twin brother, Thomas. She died aged 80 in LondonG on 30 January 1987.2 She married at St Olave Bermondsey, LondonG, in 1932, Herbert Pugh.3,4
     In 1911 Mary was living at 40 Janeway Street, BermondseyG, in the household of her parents Henry and Annie, and was recorded in the census as Mary Sackett, a schoolgirl, aged five and born in Bermondsey.5
     In 1921 she was living at 40 Janeway Street, BermondseyG, in the household of her widowed mother Annie, and was recorded as Mary Sackett, aged 15.6
