Rose Elizabeth Sackett, daughter of Edward Arthur Sackett and Isabella Elizabeth Gibbs, was born in Ramsgate, KentG, on 21 August 18971,2,3 and baptized at St Paul's Church, RamsgateG, on 26 September 1897.4 She died aged 19 in Thanet, KentG, in 1917.5
In 1901 Rose was living at 8 Frederick Place, Hereson Road, Ramsgate, KentG, in the household of her parents Edward and [Isabella] Elizabeth, and was recorded in the census as Rosie Sackett, aged three and born in Ramsgate.6
In 1911 she was living at Ada Cottage, Farley Place, RamsgateG, in the household of her parents Edward and Isabella, and was recorded as Rose Elizabeth Sackett, a schoolgirl, aged 14 and born in Ramsgate.7
