Stephen Francis Sackett, son of William Francis Sackett and Elizabeth Ann Foord, was born in Broadstairs, KentG, in 1860.1 He died in infancy in St Peter in Thanet, KentG,2 and was buried at St Peter in ThanetG on 2 November 1861.3
     In 1861 Stephen was living at 4 Grays Cottages, Broadstairs, KentG, in the household of his parents William and Elizabeth., and was recorded in the census as Stephen F Sackett, aged ten months and born in Broadstairs.4
