Robert Sackett, son of William Sackett and Joan Parker, was born in about 1608. He died in Herne, Kent, in 1662.1 He married at Herne in 1643, Mary ___.2
     Robert was named as a beneficiary in his father's will made in Ash on 27 June 1639.3

He was left (with his brother Thomas) his father's dwelling house, malthouses and the residue of the estate after other specific bequests. He was also left a share in an annuity which was the subject of a law suit.
     Robert made his will in Herne, Kent, on 14 November 1658, naming as beneficiaries his wife Mary, his brothers Paul, Jeffery, Thomas, William and John, his nephews John Sackett and Thomas Sackett, and his niece Mary Sackett.1
