Robert Norwood, husbandman of St Peter in Thanet, Kent, son of Symon Norwood and Alyce Sackett, was baptized at St Peter in ThanetG on 20 August 1570.1 He died aged about 54 in St Peter in ThanetG and was buried there on 31 March 1625.1 He married at St Lawrence in ThanetG on 27 September 1585, Anne Saunders.1
     Robert was named as a beneficiary in his grandfather William Sackett's will made at Jordan Dane, St John in ThanetG, on 20 December 1572. He was to receive a ewe.2
     Robert made a will at St Peter in ThanetG on 10 September 1623. The will was proved at the Archdeaconry Court of Canterbury on 25 April 1625.1
