Elva Katherine Sackett, daughter of Artimus Dillavou Sackett and Ada Van Patten, was born in Champaign, IllinoisG, on 13 April 19211 and died there aged 73 on 18 April 1994.2,3 She was unmarried.
     In 1930 Elva was living at East John Street, ChampaignG, in the household of her parents Arthur and Ada, and was recorded in the census as Elva Sackett, aged nine and born in Illinois.4
