Theodore Noble Sackett, son of Frank Edwin Sackett and Etta May "Ettie" Ellison, was born in Frisco, Beaver County, UtahG, on 2 October 1906.1
     In 1910 Theodore was living in Grampian, Beaver County, UtahG, in the household of his parents Frank and Ettie, and was recorded in the census as Theo Sacket, aged four and born in Utah.2
     In 1920 he was living at Frisco Town Mining Camp, Grampion, Beaver County, UtahG, in the household of his parents Frank and Etta, and was recorded as Theo N Sackett, aged 13.3
