Morris/Maurice Edward Dally, son of Edward Dally and Leah Brill, was born in Brazil, Clay County, IndianaG, on 10 August 1908.1,2 He died of tuberculosis aged 18 at the Herman Kiefer Hospital, Detroit, Wayne County, MichiganG, on 5 March 1927.3 He married in DetroitG on 6 June 1925, Malda Gropp, daughter of John Gropp and Rose ___.4
     In 1910 Morris was living in Brazil, Clay County, IndianaG, in the household of his parents Edward and Leah, and was recorded in the census as Morris Dally, aged one and born in Indiana.5
     In 1920 he was living in Clinton, Vermillion County, IndianaG, in the household of his uncle and aunt David and Emma Jones, and was recorded as Maurice Dally, aged eleven.6
