Wilber Syers, son of David Alexander Syers and Louisa Sackett, was born in OhioG in about 1847.1
     In 1850 Wilber was living in Clarksfield, Huron County, OhioG, in the household of his parents Alexander and Louisa, and was recorded in the census as Wilbor Syres, aged three and born in Ohio.2
     In 1860 he was living in Jamestown, Ottawa County, MichiganG, in the household of his parents Alexander and Louisa, and was recorded as Wilber Sayers, aged twelve.3
