Donovan D Sackett, son of Milton D Sackett and Helen Lydia Rouse, was born in NebraskaG on 23 September 1913.1,2 He died aged 67 in Whatcom County, Washington StateG, on 8 March 19813,4 and was buried at Woodlawn Cemetery, Ferndale, Whatcom County, Washington StateG.2 He married in Bellingham, Whatcom CountyG, on 7 November 1930, Rosetta G Baer.5 Rosetta was born in 1910.2 She died aged about 88 in 1998 and was buried at Woodlawn CemeteryG.2
     In 1920 Donovan was living at 8th Street, Hoquiam, Grays Harbor County, Washington StateG, in the household of his parents Milton and Helen, and was recorded in the census as Donovan Sackett, aged six and born in Nebraska.6
     Donovan was listed in the Bellingham city directory from 1927 to 1952.7
     In 1930 he was living at the US Naval Training Station, San Diego, CaliforniaG, and was recorded as Don D Sackett, a US Navy seaman, aged 18 [actually 16].8
