Albert Edward Luxton, son of Harry Luxton and Matilda Priscilla Sackett, was born in West Ham, EssexG, in 1897.1 He was killed in action in FranceG in the First World War on 3 September 1916.2,3
     In 1901 Albert was living at 17 Major Road, West HamG, in the household of his parents Harry and Matilda, and was recorded in the census as Albert Luxton, aged three and born in Stratford.4
     In 1911 Albert was living at 36 Pond Road, West Ham, EssexG, in the household of his mother Matilda, and was recorded in the census as Albert Edward Luxton, aged 13 and born in West Ham.5
