Morrison Sacket, son of Justus Sacket and Fanny Faxon, was born in Martinsburg, Lewis County, New York StateG, on 24 October 1811.1,2 He died aged 60 on 21 October 1872.2 He married on 17 January 1842, Mary Adeline Brooks, daughter of Abram Brooks and Esther Grant.3,2 Mary was born on 20 December 1807.2
     Morrison was listed in the 1840 census as a householder in Raisin, Lenawee County, MichiganG.4
