Charles Sackett, son of Oramel E Sackett and Jane ___, was born in New York StateG in about 1862.1 He married Elizabeth Guernsey, daughter of David Guernsey and Susanna ___. Elizabeth was born in New York StateG in about 1871.1
     In 1870 Charles was living in AftonG in the household of his parents Oramel and Jane, and was recorded in the census as Charles Sackett, aged eight.2
     In 1880 he was living in AftonG in the household of his parents Oramel and Jane, and was recorded as Charles Sackett, a railroad baggageman, aged 18 and born in New York.3
