Harry Davis, son of William Francis Davis and Ada Elizabeth Sackett, was born in Walthamstow, EssexG, in about 1901.
     In 1911 Harry was living at 162 Grove Green Road, Leytonstone, EssexG, in the household of Charlotte Housden, and was recorded in the census as Harry Davis, a schoolboy, aged ten and born in Walthamstowe. He was living with his mother Ada, a school teacher.1
