Hilda Ethel Thomas, daughter of John Henry Thomas and Anne Elizabeth "Annie" Sackett, was born in Dagenham, EssexG, in 1894.1,2 She married in Dryden, Kenora District, Ontario, CanadaG, in 1913, Harold Wilkinson.3 Harold was born in EnglandG in about 1886.4,1
     In 1901 Hilda was living at Grosvenor Terrace, DagenhamG, in the household of her parents John and Annie, and was recorded in the census as Hilda E Thomas, aged five [actually six] and born in Dagenham.5
     Hilda emigrated to CanadaG in 1905 with her parents and siblings.6
     In 1911 Hilda was living in Zealand Township, Ontario, CanadaG, in the household of her parents John and Annie, and was recorded in the census as Hilda E Thomas, aged 17 and born in England.7
