Lucia L Paulger, daughter of Thomas Paulger and Emily Jane Sackett, was born in MichiganG in about 1872.1 She married in Essex County, Ontario, CanadaG, on 25 June 1902, Samuel L Fedder, a lawyer, son of Jacob Fedder and Mary E Hicks.2 Samuel was born in PennsylvaniaG in about 1871.3
     In 1880 Lucia was living in Redford, Wayne County, MichiganG, in the household of her parents Thomas and Emily, and was recorded in the census as Lucia Paulger, a schoolgirl, aged seven and born in Michigan.1
