Edith Marion Sackett, daughter of George Henry Sackett and Eliza Ayres, was born in Weymouth, DorsetG, in 18991 and baptized at Fleet, DorsetG, on 30 April 1899.2 She died aged 69 in WeymouthG in 1968.3 She married in WeymouthG in 1920, Frederick G Sheldon.4
In 1901 Edith was living at 10 Khartoum Road, Weymouth, DorsetG, in the household of her parents George and Eliza, and was recorded in the census as Edith Sackett, aged two and born in Fleet, Dorset.5
In 1911 she was living at 21 Spring Gardens, Weymouth, DorsetG, in the household of her parents George and Elvina, and was recorded as Edith Sackett, a schoolgirl, aged 12 and born in Weymouth.6
Edith and her sister Ethel proved their father George's will on 22 April 1966. His estate was valued at £3,061.7
