Ada Blanche Sackett, daughter of Warwick Robert Harley Sackett and Amelia Harriett Bowker, was born in Hackney, MiddlesexG, in 1881.1 She died aged 13 in Edmonton, MiddlesexG, in 1894.2
     In 1891 Ada was living at 8 Pitfield Street, Shoreditch, LondonG, in the household of her mother Amelia and stepfather George Dale, and was recorded in the census as Ada Sackett, a scholar, aged ten and born in Hackney.3
