Anne Sackett, daughter of John Sackett and Amy Stone, was born in Margate, KentG, on 10 October 17551 and baptized at St John in Thanet, MargateG, on 16 November 1755.1 She married at Lancaster, LancashireG, on 20 April 1777, John Jackson, a boatman.2,3
     Anne was named as Ann Jackson of Cowes, Isle of Wight, in the will of her brother Thomas made in Kingston upon Hull, YorkshireG, on 6 August 1798.
