Jesse Guy Parmenter, son of Sumner Parmenter and Mary Scott, was born in KansasG on 11 September 18821,2 and died aged 84 in Liberal, Barton County, MissouriG, on 15 November 1966.1,3 He was unmarried.1
     Jesse completed a World War I draft registration card on 12 September 1918. He was then aged 36 and was a farmer living at Liberal, Barton County, MissouriG.4
