Richard Milton Sackett, son of Fred Sackett and Bessie Maud Olmstead, was born in MichiganG on 12 September 1926.1,2 He married on 7 September 1948, Shirley Ann Sprengsteen.1
     In 1930 Richard was living at Alamo Avenue, Kalamazoo, MichiganG, in the household of his parents Fred and Bessie, and was recorded in the census as Richard Sackett, aged three and born in Michigan.3
