Kimball Beach Sackett, farmer, later a painter, son of Justus Harvey Sackett and Irene Beach, was born in Ruggles Township, Ashland County, OhioG, on 2 October 1872.1,2 He died aged 79 in the VA Hospital, Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, OhioG, on 28 December 19513 and was buried at Grove Street Cemetery, New London, Huron County, OhioG, on 3 January 1952.3 He married in Huron CountyG on 29 September 1897, Cora M Templeton, daughter of John Templeton and Sarah ___.4 Cora was born in Huron CountyG on 11 July 18785 and died aged 57 in ClevelandG on 15 March 1936.5
     Kimball served as a private soldier in the Spanish-American War and was discharged on 5 November 1898.3
     Kimball completed a World War I draft registration card on 12 September 1918. He was a farmer, aged 45, and was living at Medina, OhioG, with his wife Cora.6
