Franklin Page Sackett, son of General Frederic Moseley Sackett and Emma Louisa Paine, was born in Rhode IslandG on 6 July 1875.1 He died aged 45 in Providence, Rhode IslandG, on 18 November 1920.2,3,4 He married at Old South Church, Boston, MassachusettsG, on 25 October 1902, Marian Edgar Leech.1,5
     Franklin served in the United States Navy pay corps. He was promoted Lieutenant Commander in 1910 and Commander in 1917.6,7,8
