Lydia Elvira Sacket, daughter of Enoch Sacket and Celestia Doane, was born in Westfield, Hampden County, MassachusettsG, on 3 April 1845.1,2 She was unmarried.1
     In 1850 Lydia was living in Westfield, Hampden County, MassachusettsG, in the household of her parents Enoch and Celestia, and was recorded in the census as Lydia Sacket, aged five, and born in Massachusetts.3
     In 1860 she was living in WestfieldG in the household of her parents Enoch and Celestia, and was recorded as Lydia E Sacket, a high school student, aged 15, and born in Massachusetts.4
     In 1870 she was living in WestfieldG in the household of her brother James, a farmer, and was recorded as Liddie Sackett, a dressmaker, aged 25, and born in Massachusetts.5
     In 1880 she was living in WestfieldG in the household of her unmarried brother James, a farm laborer, and was recorded as Lydia E Sackett, a dressmaker, single, aged 35 and born in Massachusetts.6
