David Sackett, son of Almeron Sacket and Rachel White, was born in about 1795.2,3 He died in TexasG in about 1849.2 He married in about 1822, probably in IllinoisG, Margaret Voyles, daughter of Samuel Voyles and Elizabeth ___.4
     David was listed in the 1830 census as a householder in Schuyler County, IllinoisG.5 In 1840 he was a householder in Quincy, Adams County, IllinoisG.6
