Rev George Sackett MA, son of Rev John Sackett BD Oxf, MA Camb and Sarah Frisby, was born in Great Mongeham, KentG, in about 1642.
     George was admitted to Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge, on 27 April 1658. He was awarded a BA degree in 1661/62 and an MA in 1665. He was ordained a priest in Lincoln on 6 June 1669.1
     George was named as a beneficiary in his father's will made at Great MongehamG in 1664.2 He was left a sum of £100.
