David Elmer Shaneyfelt, 61, died at his home on Maple St., Monday.
Surviving are the widow, three sons, Raymond, Reney and Glen. Two
daughters, Esther and Evelyn, one sister, four brothers and ten
grandchildren.
Short services were held at the home Wednesday at 12:00 following which
the body was taken to New Pittsburg where services were held at 2:00 in
charge of Rev C C Chatfield. Burial was made in the nearby cemetery.

Funeral services for Clara Alice LaMott Shaneyfelt, 64, who died in
Winchester, Saturday night were conducted Tuesday afternoon at 2:30
o'clock in the New Pittsburg Church in charge of Rev. Lee McKinley,
pastor of the Winchester Congregational Church. Burial will be in the
New Pittsburg Cemetery.
Mrs. Shaneyfelt died at the home of another son, Raymond, death being
due to diabetes. Surviving are four sons, Raymond, Ernest and Glen of
Winchester, and Alva of Marion, two daughters, Mrs. Everett Smith of
Ridgeville, and Mrs. Eugene Hollowell of Muncie; three sisters, Mrs.
John Wine of Upland, Mrs. Laura Sutton of New Pittsburg, Mrs. Cora Wake
of Hartford City; two brothers, Ed and Willliam LaMotte of Hartford
City; thirteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
